The Indian Butterfly Legend akin to the "more birds more luck"???

If anyone desires a wish to come true they must first capture a butterfly and whisper that wish to it.
Since a butterfly can make no sound, the butterfly can not reveal the wish to anyone but the Great Spirit who sees and hears all.
In gratitude for giving the beautiful butterfly its freedom, the Great Spirit will always grant the wish.
So, according to legend, by making a wish and giving the butterfly its freedom, the wish will be taken to the heavens to be granted

Copied this from some renaissance butterfly website when i did a Butterflies word search on google. I am actually quite surprised there are actually companies who offer "live" butterfly releases during weddings and events. Gosh, i ll be freaked out. I ll probably cover my ears with my fingers and squat as low as i can on the floor.
